Following Potential 2025 Draftees

Looks like Traore had his first bad game in awhile. 8pts/4ast on 3/11 shooting in 19 minutes. I guess that's still 15pts/8ast per 36 minutes, so I guess not terrible.

I believe his regular season is over now and not sure if his team even made it to the post season.

Add Traore to the list of intriguing players that might be available at 21 that I’d like to take a swing on (re: the question of trading up using #21).

Ok, looked it up, not that anyone cares:

Traore's team is in the play in as the 10th ranked team which is set up exactly like the NBA play in tournament. So in order to make the play offs they will need to win two games on the road and then will be matched up with the best team.

Penda's team is in as the 6th seed.

you may be right - though i don't think you are. but if you are right he doesn't develop those things he won't make it in the league. he's a lead guard. period. that's what he is, it's what he's always been and it's what NBA teams are drafting and developing.

I agree that his best path is to be a lead guard and develop the shooting and the rim pressure and that's how any team who drafts him should develop him. I will watch more to see if he's got it, but it didn't look amazing in college.

41.2% FG
27.3% 3FG
69.5% FT
50.9% TS

2.5 FTs/game
4 rebounds/game
10 pts/game

Its all just a bit underwhelming.

The physical profile is great at 6'9". The passing is elite. Can the rest be developed by the Jazz? There is some ground to make up here. Or are there more strengths to his game that I am missing? Perhaps the passing vision is special enough that you roll the dice on the rest of the skillset.

Do any of you have the software necessary to conduct social network analysis of the Jazzfanz website? It would be cool, we could get some interesting results.
