What's new

Game #11: Nets at Jazz, Saturday 01/14/2012 7:00 MST

He hit a 3 pointer right off the bat.
So huh???

We have fantastic ball movement with Hayward in there.

He is a great facilitator.

I'm not worried on his shot because he seldom takes a lot.

He is 1 for 3 tonite.

His shots came 6 minutes a prt, tough to get in a rhythm there.

At least he took the shot from the free throw line, previous games he would have passed

If the lead is near 20 by the 4th, Favors and Kanter need to play the rest of the way. They haven't been getting any minutes at all lately and the rust is showing.

There is something terrible about AJ no matter how well he's doing. He could score 40 points, and still not be convincingly good. I don't know if it's the fact he barely moves on rebounds, or how he reaches for the ball in slow motion. Or maybe it's the fact he doesn't play defense, or maybe it's his half-assed push shots. I just can't help being always disappointed with him.

Really??? Because Dwills constant bitching and acting like a pre madonna had noting with Sloan saying that he just didnt want to deal with it all. If you are that blind to what happened then that's your opinion.

Jesus Chirst, this **** again? You have zero facts to back up that DWill drove Sloan out. ZERO. You're basing your opinion off of speculation. Never, NEVER has Jazz management or any Jazz player publicly said anything about Deron driving Sloan out. Sloan, KOC, Deron...none of them said anything about driving Sloan out. Cowhide is absolutely correct. If you believe it happened, that's one thing, but you have ZERO facts, proof or evidence to back up your comments.

CAN WE PLEASE MOVE THE **** ON FROM THIS?

Agree. We could go back to the DNews or Trib archives and pull up a couple of reports that stated Sloan wanted DWill disciplined (i.e. team suspension), but KOC and Greg would not back him up. Kind of sad that it took a HOF coach leaving before the Millers and O'Connor woke up to the whiny, sulky little biatch that Deron had become.

On a positive note, I welcome the changes Corbin has made on defense. Just a shame Sloan couldn't be around to coach the offense and have Ty take care of the defense. Of course, Jerry would also be playing the vets 35+ mins every night and giving 0 minutes to Kanter, Burks and probably just playing Favors and Hayward in grabage time.
