Yes, Thunder are a top 3 team IMO when healthy.

I don't think I've watched a game this season where i didn't spend significant time questioning their effort. I know they are young and we should expect struggles. But putting in 100% should not be a problem for any of these guys.

I can't disagree with you. Where is the consistent effort? It's like we are a semi-pro team out there.
