I'll be coming into SLC Tuesday afternoon and plan on checking into my hotel in Park City, walking around PC for an hour or two (or maybe going for a run), showering, getting a kickass steak dinner either there or in SLC and then going out for the game.

Anyone wanna meet up for the game at some bar?

When you're showering, what will your "puerto rican friend" be doing? Please advise.

I have to up at 5 am on Wednesday but it's not like I'm going to bed while a playoff game is on so I might be down. Not gonna be able to party hard or stay out late though. Wouldn't be able to to far from home. There is a place called Bout Time by my house that would be ideal.

In bed sleeping is likely, game will be on after midday, i've gotta work the next three nights, then going to see Patti Smith on Thursday night

I'll be working. But if you guys did go to Bout Time, it's on my way home and I could be there with time left in the 4th qtr.

Word to the wise, wait to go for a run until wednesday. Near sea level to low pressure airline cabin to exerting yourself at 7k feet = likely headache come gametime.

If it was in SLC I would meet up at a bar. Bout time is an okay place although I am guessing fish and bulletproof are talking about the one down in South Jordan. I might be able to swing that one although I would prefer if it was downtown. Legends sports bar is a decent place to watch downtown, it is next door to brewvies. I also work earlish Wednesday but I am less of a wiener than fishonjazz and can still party. JK I cant keep up with him. It would be fun to meet up somewhere with Jazz fans. A wing/bar place would be good too. I think wingnuts closed but there is trolley wing co that is a full bar now and good wings. Oh proper burger would probably be a good place to watch as well. Pretty good food, really great beer, full bar and open nice layout.

Watching at home on my measly 75 inch 4k tv. I wish I could be at the game again at Staples but it isn't in the cards. However I have tix lined up for game 5 and even 7 if need be.

I am really hoping we get to the 2nd round. I will make a trip up north and get in a game against GS on their home court too.

I remember when my 65 inch HD TV was the pride of the town.......

Wow, I didn't realize Park City was that much higher than Salt Lake and Utah counties.

Continuing the word to the wise--in SLC the air pressure (and hence oxygen amount) is 87% sea level. In Orem where I live it's 85% sea level. And in Park City it is 78% sea level. alt13 is correct, that is no joke.

I'll be at work. Prolly take my lunch around the start of the game and get my Jazz on.

So my buddy gets in at SLC around 9pm Utahr time. I was gonna pick him up but don't want to miss any of the game. Is there a good bar within 10 minutes (15 tops) of the airport at which he could just meet me that anyone else here would want to go to? Let me know.

Pretty sure I'm going to Bout Time in SLC for the game tonight. Trying to convince fish to go. Is there a killer steakhouse within 5-10 minute walking distance of Bout Time?

Not a fan of the Gateway (neither is anyone else which is why it is dieing). I've never been to Bout Time but the gateway sux.
