Game #3: Jazz at Spurs 6:30 PM MST - Root Sports, 1280 AM/97.5 FM

It's good to know that there's still a team in the NBA that plays brilliant, pure basketball. The game will mourn the passing of this Spurs team.

Spurs shooting 74% at half. 71% from three. Oh and they're out rebounding and out blocking the "big" Jazz lineup as well.

Anyway, the Jazz are playing a really disappointing brand of basketball. They look like they're sleepwalking. Kanter has blown and it's blowing my mind because I know he can be better. When he's not rebounding, something is wrong. And he had better fix it.

Hard to out rebound when all the rebounds would have to be offensive, but the one miss they had in the last 5 minutes, they got the rebound and hit a 3...

The paranoid fixation on real or perceived Corbin's mistakes in this thread is funny. The Spurs simply have much better players - no one on the Jazz can match Duncan, Parker, Ginobili. And a great supporting cast. And they played together for a very long time. The Jazz are simply no match for this team. The coaching IS better on the part of the Spurs, but it is such a small part of the story.

So far only Hayward, Favors, Foye and Mo are showing any fight, the rest of the team seems to have rolled into the submission and just going through the motions. That's bad.

They were supposed to pass long ago, but they are still playing, gotta give them credit as much as i have antipathy for the team

So it's perfectly fine for the Jazz to be down by 20 because the Spurs have two good 40 years olds and a decent supporting cast? The MAIN reason the Spurs are as good as they are is their coach.

And the Jazz are packed full of talent by the way.
