It's extremely rare for any NBA team to finish below 100 offensive rating in a season and when they do its hardly ever below 99. Snyder's Jazz have never finished below 104 offensive rating.

He’s hurt... he didn’t play last few minutes... may have missed the entire fourth... I was on players only so they were talking about Christmas sweaters and not the game
