What's new

Game nr. 11 Utah Jazz vs Philadelphia 76ers, November 7th, 7pm MT.

did you watch him. He has had like 6 dunks the whole year you're making it sound like he's putting up 20 a night.
He isn't even rebounding. The Jazz shot 28% and he ended up with 2 freaking rebounds. Rebounds are the measure of a bigs effort. The fact is he's not good. He's playing lazy and he's not fitting in.

The Jazz send 4 back on offensive rebounds a lot of the time and he plays next to Gobert, who is a rebounding machine. He is also guarding stretch big men most of the time. If the Jazz are losing the rebounding battles, I can see why people complain, but that wasnt the case today. The Jazz won the rebounding battle.

Are you serious?

The Jazz won the rebound battle bud. They had a higher defensive rebound percentage and offensive rebound percentage.

Pro tip: Raw rebounding numbers arent an accurate account of who out-rebounded who. When the Jazz shoot 30% from the field, there is going to be a larger number of rebounds available to the opposing team.

No I wasn't serious. I was just yanking you. Like you I love it when my PF gets two rebounds, and the loss but take comfort in the advance stats saying it is a good thing.

Favors is too lazy to put up 15 shots a game. He's happy standing in the corner.

I'll agree with this to an extent. Favors is by nature a more passive player, but even if he was a super aggressive player who looked for his own shot more, he still wouldn't have many opportunities in this offense.

I was watching their stream and wanted to say something, but I'm tired of arguing with defensive Mitchell lovers on here. I love the kid, he's gonna be good, but he's acting like Kobe right now with his over zealous play. Quin needs to develop him before giving him the keys to the franchise.
