Just read the tribune arcticle.....
A ute fan named darren lucy took a pic of hadley at a vegas club and sent it to utahs compliance office.

Utahs compliance office forwarded the email and photo to byu director of compliance Chad Gwilliam.

Then the compliance office from byu contacted bronco and bronco suspended hadley.


Soooooo basically what I said in my original post was pretty accurrate

Go read utefans.net and cougarboard. In the time we live in basically the last place to go for the inside scoop is a local newspaper. That's why we are all on here, no?

It's a jealous boyfriend thing, not a "utes fan getting a byu player suspended" thing.

No way any Utes fan would recognize a random byu dude in a club.

Depends. Going to a strip club almost certainly would be considered a violation. Going to a dance club wouldn't be. But going to a dance club and drinking would be. (All alcohol is against school rules.)

So it was a lil brother fan tattling? Not surprised.

Nobody likes a tattler. If Hadley wants to break the honor code, let him. Let him then take responsibility and work it out between his bishop and Bronco. To be a lil tattler and send a photo to the U just pisses me off.

Could you imagine the outrage from lil brother fans if BYU fans suddenly took photos and reported each time a Utah player had someone else take their tests?

I must admit I'm confused by your defensive nature, and am having un-Christ-like feelings about your persona. Please don't tattle on me.

Ugli is correct.... only get your news info from message boards cause that is a much more credible source than the news.

Case in point: I read on a cougar message board that travis wilson is a lesbian.
Since message boards have so much credibility, you know it must be true.... he will probably be kicked off the team soon for falsifying what sex he is on his application documents.

Oops, confused some of the zoobs.

If indeed some dude was in a night club and saw a coug player, snapped a photo of him, and shot it off to the administration, then that guy is my new best friend. I fully endorse anything douchey that can be done to any and all byu people. You're the weird *** that chose to go to byu, now you have to live with the consequences.

However, I was born with too much common sense and critical thinking skills to believe that some random dood just noticed an obscure byu player at a club. It's someone who wanted to get at Hadley for personal reasons. Could be a Utes fan or not.

If it makes you dorks feel better tho we can pretend like a Utes fan had his byu media guide with him at a club in Vegas and snapped pictures of hadley, it's been fun pretending people at RES poured beer on Max Halls mom.
