I'm glad she's doing ok Stoked. Even if she feels fine for the most part now, she might feel worse as time goes on. She might need to visit a chiropractor, or something.
My wife was hit in a similar way, but at lower speed and she was feeling it for a year in her back and neck.

Also a main reason why I won't get a minivan and will only go SUV. If she gets hit, I want her and the kids safer and higher with all the other SUV's out there.

This. We were in a decent wreck this spring. A lady driving a little car turned in front of us. I saw it coming and was able to swerve to lessen the collision, but it was still a pretty good bang. It totalled her car, but only did about $5000 damage to my Yukon.

So I am going to get my wife a new car in celebration of our anniversary today. I am doing this because last night she totaled the SUV I got in March.

She is fine, walked away with only whiplash and very minor seatbelt burn. ******* who hit her was speeding, had no insurance, warrants out for his arrest and meth in the car along with a minor. So he is going away for a while. He T-boned her right on the driver side door at about 60 MPH.

She is lucky to be alive. Damn near became a widower. Cherish them my friends, cherish them all and let them know.

Wow. Glad she came out OK. A collision between a stationary car and one going 60 mph is nothing to scoff at.
