Gobert to Minnesota

As a wolves fan I really like the trade. Nobodies going to out warrior the Warriors so why not try something different? Offensively this team needs to put the ball in Ant Edwards hands for the foreseeable future. Ant running a pick and roll with Rudy going to the basket and KAT behind the 3 point line is just ridiculous. I've no concern about this move offensively at all.

Defensively I also thinks this fits better than some would believe. KAT is a 4 in almost every way except size, and while he's not great on that end he is better than many people seem to think. Sure he will have some problems with the Jaron Johnson Jr's of the world, but they can't guard him either. And with Gobert down low he won't be chasing blocks which is his biggest problem on D. I also don't see Rudy getting played off because of being pulled to the perimeter as much as some think as well. Both Jaden McDaniels and Ant Edwards are good defenders on the perimeter which will mitigate a lot. Rudy won't have to constantly clean up behind them. Chris Finch as well is an excellent X's and O's guy and will have a field day scheming around Rudy

It was a ton to give up and this team will miss both Pat and Vanderbilt who were the heart and soul of our team but I'm excited for what I believe will now be a legit contender.
Wolves mid and so is Rudy, 35-40 win team.

Some people really like to **** on players after trades so they can feel better about "winning " the trade.

Minnesota got a player that gives them potentially one of the best teams of all time
I dont think that the dudes I was listening were fans of either team and didn't care at all who "won" the trade. They weren't local dudes.
