Part I: +5 wins for lineup B. However Marvin is an old band aid that cannot grow with the team.
Part II: The draft looks below average to me. It is reasonably strong in the SF department though: Stanley Johnson, Justin Winslow, Kelly Oubre, Hollis Jefferson, and Mario Hezonja are all RSCI rated 15 and above. The Jazz will be in position to pick at least one of these guys unless they make the playoffs.
I guess this reinforces my opinion we should not match a max to Hayward. Between Hood or one of the above we can address the SF need.
Well RSCI is less worth than a dx mock at any time.
I usually look at dx. And then I'll look at some others and try to explain differences by going over player pages and looking at strengths/weaknesses.

#1 Okafor - Classic B2TB Center
#2 Alexander - Howard'esque physical specimen with a lot of uncertainty if his skills translate. As immature as a young Dwight.
#3 Mudiay - Crafty, explosive 6'5 PG, who can't shoot (Yet)
#4 Towns Jr. - Versatile "new-age" Center, who isn't overwhelmed by his body measures. Can step outside, play inside, put it on the deck. Not a great athlete though.
#5 Johnson - Very crafty and explosive SF, who lacks skill at this point. Has hustle in him at a young age.
#6 Hezonja - Immense talent. Will see significant playing time next season for Barcelona, which will rank him accordingly. Would be higher on talent and athleticism alone. Doesn't like defense and teammates so far
#7 Porzingis - Best next Dirk since Dirk. With hops. And defense. Probably will never reach his level though, as those lofty expectations are mostly silly to begin with.
#8 Winslow - Elite 3 and D prospect so far. Terrific athlete. Slightly undersized for SF, can defend everywhere though, so position is not a problem. handles and shot are work in progress.
#9 Caulie-Stein - He's slotted higher next year than this year. I'm puzzled as well. Don't like his one-dimensionality on the court.
#10 Trez Harrell - Same as WCS
#11 Chris Walker - The guy who had to repeat his classes. Has upside to move in the rankings as he joined Florida late and never cracked the rotation.
#12 Kelly Oubre - Terrific measurements for a SF. Great Athlete. Everything else is subpar. 1 handed lefty. Cal seems to like these guys.
#13 Tyus Jones - Lightning quick undersized PG, who's pass first, can dribble and shoot. Athleticism, size and defense not so much. Has potential to move depending on how Chris Paul'esque he looks(People like to forget that Paul is a good athlete and just draft for the next Paul)
#14 Hollis-Jefferson - Defensive minded wing who can't shoot yet.
#15 Garcia - 3 point specialist with potential to expand his game
#16 Myles Turner - Versatile big, who has lots of talent on both ends of the floor on perimeter and low block. I don't like him.
