Curry, sure, although a lot of that is deep pull-ups (still isos). Not buying Thompson as clearly better than Gordo yet, although I don't watch enough Golden State to know how many of his isos are opportunistic. How's Thompson as a passer off the bounce?

In the terms we are discussing, I'd take Gordon over Klay. Just thought I'd throw out the question.

I don't agree that Thompson is "terrible" in ISOs... as long as deep pull-ups are considered.

Reply #2: I started from the list of players with 100+ iso possessions per Synergy Sports stats. Westbrook wasn't particularly effective last season, which is likely due to both his suspect decision-making and Durant's absence (which necessitated him taking on more offensive responsibility). Durant didn't have 100 iso possessions last season. I agree though, both are better iso players than Gordo. Am I missing anyone else a clear notch above him?

Davis and Cousins aren't perimeter players (Gordo was more efficient than both on isos anyway). Gordo finished better than both Melo and Wall on similar-ish volume. A few of the other players who were more efficient on isos were playing off the bench or drawing less general defensive attention.
