Hayward/Burks to play in the Indy Pro-Am

Apparently you can get a season-ending injury answering the front door.
Nice one.

And it's far less likely getting an injury making a layup than it is a dunk. I know it's wrong, but I always chuckle to myself when I see way a player shaking or flexing his hand/wrist after a dunk, or limping a bit after he's hung on the rim and then landed a bit awkwardly. Guess I'm old school...make the shot and get back down court to play "D." If you dunk, just put it straight through. Don't try to showboat. Perhaps it's not a good example, since Big Al has been blasted by many, but he kind of said the same when asked why he doesn't dunk - the risk of injury.

Burks is also a WAY better dresser too and probably has a hotter girlfriend. I agree with JohnStockalypse...we should definitely trade Kobe-Killer as soon as the lockout ends while his value is still high. It's only downhill from here on out. He's clearly over-training and his attitude is terrible.

I think every player should look to dunk the basketball when in traffic. Not saying they should show off and do a 360,windmill,etc., but finishing more aggressively leads to getting the the foul line and finishing at a higher rate. Also, there should be no question as to who the better dunker between Burks and Hayward. Burks by far, from what I seen he is by far more explosive getting off the ground. Hayward can jump, but he doesn't get off that fast.
