Haywards House Tour. Very cool

LOL - look at his G-Cave compared to the rest of the house.

Wife probably goes through his money like **** through a goose.

Seemed kind of modest for a NBA player, I mean he can't even fit in his own pool slide.

Didn't Gordon buy a home in California too?

Since he's known as a frugal guy I'm not surprised that this home is not all that impressive. It's nice for sure but he could have a way sweeter crib. Karl Malone knew how to throw down on a custom home... polar bears and wolverines and ****. And a huge ****ing water-slide.

Wait, this house is considered modest? It looks crazy impressive to me. It has a giant backyard, pool, basketball hoop, super high ceilings with chandeliers...

But then again, that's probably because I live in Hong Kong, where the average house size is like 500 square feet or something (which makes my 1500 square foot apartment already look like a palace).

I saw this video around a week ago, but I thought someone already posted it in the past

my thoughts as well as i look across my 1,100 sf condo

I look at a house like that and I see a house made out of the same grade of materials any middle-class subdivision house is made out of. Same quality of craftsmanship. Same lack of character.

If I was super rich I wouldn't buy a McMansion, I'd have something built that was a good step up from what he has. It might be smaller. But it would feel like a quality house.

They just don't build them like they used to.

First of all, backyard, pool, basketball court was pretty cool, very spacious, wouldn't say impressive but it was nice for a house this size.

I agree with prodigy though the house seems pretty modest for who he is and the kind of money he makes. Most disappointed room is probably the master bedroom,.. there was nothing 'master' about it... definitely too small especially when you factor in the baby and cribs in there as well... I'd imagine for a house this size the master bedroom should be at least twice that size, with a nice wide open view of the backyard?

Maybe he'll upgrade when his kids are older or when he finally decides to become a Jazz lifer? ;)

You realize this is the guy that bought like a camry or something with his first nba paycheck. He's frugal. Not every baller has to have a 10 mil house. He also owns a $2M house in San Diego area. I think he did just fine on the house.
