Old but if he seems spry and like he’d have a passion to do this for 6-7 years AND he’s the best candidate, I’d roll with him. He’s old but not quite too old stage yet.
I love Bryant and I hope we hire him. My joke was made because we have interviewed 20+ people when in the end we were just going to hire Bryant all along anyways.

I'm in the process of interviewing for a promotion and there have been multiple rounds. So, not a surprise you'd run into that with a franchise who'll be paying the guy they hire a million-plus a year.
