I didn't get a ticket, I wasn't speeding. I was simply curious. I don't break the law, unlike some motards on this site.

When I went to court for a non turn signal ticket, I plead the charge down to a defective vehicle or some other lame charge. I still had to go in front of a judge (along with a group of 10 other people). It was odd, since every other time in every other county/city I've plea bargained a ticket I just signed a paper and paid the ticket.

Easiest way to get out of a ticket is to wear a Nurse's outfit.

My wife used to be a nurse and was pulled over about a dozen times while coming to or from work and she claims she never got a ticket. The last thing a cop wants is to get hurt and end up in an Emergency Room being treated by a nurse who he wrote up for speeding.

I politely ask the clerk at the police counter if there is any bribe I can pay like "traffic school". It works every time--better than Mexico.

You can also request the speed gun calibration. Last I heard it was required weekly. You know those lazy *** cops don't do it every week. If you're hit by the slight chance that it was calibrated then I bet you could find an error in the recording. A lot of lab stuff isn't done correctly.

Let's see... there's photocop, non turn-signal and "every other time in every other county/city I've plea bargained a ticket". Just how many tickets have you received?!?

Sounds like maybe you simply need to repeat driver's ed. Just saying.

Another trick to getting out of speeding tickets, is to not speed.
Works pretty much every time.
