How does that compare to the additional costs in lost productivity, additional health expenses, etc.? Got any hard numbers? Also, you didn't answer the question. What's the smokers responsibility regarding the damage his smoking causes others?

Not all smokers receive SSI and not all SSI recipients smoke. Same with care facilities. At least try to make a valid counter arguement. It isn't that hard.

Do you have any data to support this statement? I am by no means a nanny state guy but these programs do have a time and place.
