The issue is both sides are so ridiculous with their spin it is hard to tell when people are being serious. I will hear someone say something and think its a joke... and then find out "nope... that is what they believe".They think it's a joke, just like they thought when MAGA tards thought it was a dunk.
MAGA is not good at picking up on social cues.

The tariffs implemented before the Great Depression did not cause the Great Depression, but did not help. The tariffs that were implemented during the Great Depression made it worse.
