Please, be the GM and tell us what deal you would make. Here's a tool so you can match up salaries to make trades allowable under the CBA. Or should we just stop at LeBron plus the GS pick for Jefferson and Rush? Hey, it works in the trade machine! Miami is going to lose him anyway. And they're not better than Indiana or OKC. This allows them to save on their tax payout.

If I were DL, these two deals look palatable (again, though, would the other team have interest?):
1) a. Jefferson or b. Williams and Rush (to make salaries match) for Okafors expiring + Phoenix's best pick. Morris brothers have cooled off. Jefferson or Williams gives them the outside shooting they like.
2) Williams to Grizzlies for Prince. Allow them top-3 protection on their pick if they insist.
What I hate about the trade: Stuck with Prince's $7M contract next year.
What I like about the trade: If Memphis misses the playoffs, we get the #14 pick. If they make the playoffs, it's likely the 21st. However, there's a chance they knock GS out. But probably more likely they knock Phoenix or Dallas out.
I'd offer them Jefferson if they liked him better, but it's virtually impossible to make salaries match. Trading Prince for Williams also keeps Memphis under the luxury tax limit (just barely). This deal makes the most sense, IMO.
