Quin not using obvious challenges in the closing minutes of a tight game. We have no mental composure. What’s our record in close games this year? I’m not one for make dramatic statements. That said, Quin needs to be fired. Way too much of this is blamed on personnel. Personnel is definitely a problem, but the mental part of the game is not Quin’s forte. He’s a great coach in many ways, and he’s done a phenomenal job with his system. But his blindspots (and our blindspots in tolerating them) can’t get us there. The focus, the inability to close out games, not able to keep his players composed, giving up any lead, etc. This is all coaching. Firing him sets us back but at this point he has to be held accountable.

Snyder has to emphasize finding Gobert on deep post mismatches. It's such a waste that we dont use those when Gobert has really improved his seal and catch ability.
