It’s the Leon Rose ultimatum that makes me think the deal is off, at least for a while. I can’t see Ainge responding well.

The woj article dumps a lot of cold water on the deal happening too.

Interestingly, it’s radio silence thus far from Shams, Tony, Andy, etc… I suspect the Jazz response is in the works.

All I saw was that Barrett signed an extension and that it narrows the possible parameters of a deal.

Because according to Woj reporting the Jazz did want RJ and valued him and NY did want to send him. So with RJ out of the picture who's in the deal now? if no RJ then who's in the deal that the Jazz value enough to come off the ask of 4 unprotected 1st?

Jazz aren’t and weren’t getting 4 unprotected. If you look through this thread and even most of the chatter throughout this saga, RJ isn’t in most of those deals.
