Jazz are better than the Celtics

How is he clearly the starting SF when he is starting next to two other SF's (who are both longer than Hayward)? They are correct to list him as the starting SG if he is indeed starting next to Tatum and Brown (though I think they plan to start Morris when he gets healthy).

They have registered Brown as a SG as well. . .

Seems wild that the Celtics, who are in a top 10 market, would be that worried about the LT.

Nearly everyone is. Maybe not the first or second year, but once that repeater tax kicks in. even the richest are starting to cringe. Look at the Cavs dumping Jefferson. Perhaps the Warriors will be forced to choose between Green and Thompson.

The Warriors make about 10 million per home playoff game.

What a joke. According to Nate Sliver, the top 8 teams in the West are better than the #2 team in the East. Good lord.

I would find it extremely karmonic if he didn't make the all-star game this year.

It could quite easily happen if Brown or Horford make it instead. Kyrie is going. Do we think the coaches would send 3 Celtics to the all star game this year? To be fair, he would have had the same problem in Utah with Gobert getting Utah's maximum of one slot.

OTOH the only two shooting guards of note he is competing against are Derozen and Beal.

It is my impression that Derozan and Beal are pretty much universally thought of as better players than Hayward. I could be wrong, but his road to the all star team is not that easy out east. Maybe easier than the west, but he is not a lock.

Neither would I as he contributed to IT, the BKN 2018 pick and their two best wing defenders being traded and losing wing depth.

The lost a lot as well.
How did Hayward contribute to IT and the Brooklyn pick being traded?
Hayward was responsible for Boston having to trade Bradley. Can't remember if they traded any other significant player to clear cap room. Well, they didn't re-sign Jerebko
