Have you followed his career at all? What has stopped him from being a great player any other time?
We are gonna disregard his entire career and just pretend last year is his norm?
Hilarious. 30 year old players who have averaged 13/3/1 for their career are now high level free agents we should be chasing.

I'm not going to pretend I've watched many Pacers games outside of their playoff runs but from what I've seen in mainly the playoffs and what stats suggest he is:
- Great to elite 3pt shooter
- Proven to be able to carry scoring loads/get scorching hot for stretches of games in big playoff moments (2018 where he lit up LeBron and the Cavs from deep for like half a quarter when no one else on the Pacers could get a bucket still stands out to me when I think of Bojan)
- Defense has improved to the point where he's at worst average, and has some good tools to be above average in an elite Jazz defensive system
- Can be a multi positional defender
- Not the best creator but is pretty decent as a screen man
- Great off the ball threat
- High IQ player
Like in a vacuum I get that Favors is the better player but when it comes to the Jazz' strengths and weaknesses Favors' impact for the Jazz is limited by the fact that we have an All-NBA C in Gobert taking most of his minutes there and he's objectively worse when he has to play PF, whereas Bojan slides into so many areas of need for the Jazz that I think Bojan's potential fit with the Jazz and being able to maximise what he can bring to the table easily outweighs the fact that Favors is the better player in a vacuum.
I do have some concerns over his consistency when it comes to playoff time, but I'm not sure how much of his efficiency struggles have to do with the Pacers not really having any great playmakers on their teams that really demand defensive attention outside of Oladipo vs how much of that is his own personal struggles. But if all we need him to do is hit open 3s, defend, and occasionally bail out the bench offense with a bucket I think he's more than capable. Particularly when the Jazz will have both Mitchell and Conley as go to guys when he doesn't have it going.
I want to know who plays the 4. Because none of Royce, Joe, Bojan, Georges or Jarrell are ideal for more than spot minutes at a time there. And what the **** happens if Rudy gets hurt?
We'd be scary asf if everyone stayed healthy and we found a more traditionally sized 4 to play some minutes though.
