I remember eating at Hardee’s as a young kid. I think they ended up serving fried chicken and would honor KFC coupons. But then in like ‘95 Burger King bought all the Hardee’s in Utah and the one on 94th became BK kinda by where we lived, so started eating there. Then I discovered there was still Hardee’s when we moved to Missouri only it was... Carl’s Jr. So odd.

Hardee's is a staple in the south. Freshly made busquits. Pretty dang consistent.

However, I did eat at one in somewhere in my travels though Utah when I was living in Wyoming a while back. Didn't taste the same at all.

Carl's Jr bought a bunch of Hardee's a while back, rebranded, but let the Hardee's in the south keep doing what they were good at.
