im curious, why r u so skeptical about kanter? is it just the stats? or u didnt like what u saw in his videos, any side of his game?

For me, it's the lack thereof.

I'm actually in favor of Kanter over Knight, but I admit it's a gamble. As a fan of Kanter, I understand the criticism of him, just because we don't have a big body of work to judge like we do with Knight.

i exactly understand and i agree at some point, but honestly, i wonder why would someone favor Zeller over Kanter

What mattman said summarizes my point of view. My statement of Zeller being better is really in jest. My point is that Zeller I have at least seen play and I like him while Kanter just does not have any body of work for me to really make a fair assesment so naturally I do not want him. Most experts think Kanter is going to be a decent player so there has to be some trust in that. He is just such a risk IMO.

of course its a risk but i dont see any player available at 3 which can be a franchise player or lift us to higher levels. So i think its worth taking it
 
i like knight but there is a clear difference between irving and knight, which im not so high on seeing another top class pg again, becuz i havent see any champion for long time with its best player a pg. But if cavs pick irving, knight may be available by a trade with toronto, i would be more pleased if we get knight n kanter together
 
they arent nash or deron or paul. I think knight may eventually become as good as rondo, but rondo cant pull the level of a team, he can be a perfect fit in a good system, or a sharpshooter near him, but he isnt a top class pg for sure
