I could have sworn he was going to workout with the Jazz today, but I tweeted Ryan Feldman asking him how Kanter did in his workout with the Jazz and he said that the workout was tommorow.

That video is worthless. Pure dog and pony show. A thousand high school players could do that.
I don't think it's worthless. You can see the guy's talent, quickness, confidence, efficient stroke, etc. Workouts do make a difference in the draft process.

He's making layups around human traffic cones. The whole workout was to interview the guy. Everything on tape is what they like. There's no way they were impressed or not impressed by what he did running around doing drills.
