Yeah, he’s referencing hand size and how it makes it easier on the ball handler. Big, soft hands with a firm grip.

I think the pick is fine. And I honestly don't understand the hate. Grayson is a good athlete. Grayson is a proven shooter (38% from 3, 83.4% from the FT line in his 4 year Duke career). He's a decent ball handler and passer. He doesn't have impressive size, but he has okay size. He has potential to play both guard spots offensively. He probably won't be an amazing defender but he was adequate defensively in college (positive defensive win shares, 1.8 steals per 36, 2.3 DBPM). He has a high chance of being a solid rotation player in the NBA for several years. If you're getting that at pick 21 you're doing pretty good. He was #24 on my board so he wasn't bad value at 21 imo. I don't think his attitude will be a problem. If the Jazz thought it would be they wouldn't have picked him.

Yup. Picks in the 20's are nothong more than gambles and Allen offers potential as a legit role player.
