I'd go #3. It's the most classical and harks back to the original Utah Jazz logo which I still love. Tells you the location, the team, etc.

#1 looks like it could be any team's basketball logo from afar

#2 is a bit too abstract for me

#4 could be construed as relating to the Jazz music if a person who is not a basketball fan is looking at it

If you're getting a Jazz tattoo, it's gotta be the Jazz note. It's not even up for debate or conversation. #2 is the ONLY way to go. It's the most iconic single logo in Utah Jazz history. It's clean, simple, and good looking.

Get #2 and NEVER look back.
