I tried watching this video from the orlando vs 76ers game. I couldnt do it, I got nauseous 1/4 the way through it. Could you imagine watching a game like this??

The difference between the two is that EM signed with us and couldn't get traded til mid December.

Rose was via trade so he got waived as you mentioned.

Rose wasn't an error, I would rather have Conley then him

Who says that waving him wasnt part of the deal? Maybe Rose indicated he didnt want to play here because he wanted to play with his old coach.

Either way, not keeping Rose was good for the Jazz.
