I don’t think I’ve looked forward to a thread more than this.

Utah has won their last four consecutive games by double-digits.
Next game @NOP is tough. They're butthurt and it's the last game of Utah's road trip. I expect a big game from Don.

How unbelievable is it that Ingles is perhaps (right at this very moment - and maybe only for a very small window) - better at basketball than Gordon Hayward....

I mean, go back in a time machine and tell fans that when Ingles first started and was literally too scared to shoot. Just unbelievable.

I was thinking about this the other day when I was watching The Celtics - Philly game. Hayward's role in Boston is to basically be their version of Joe Ingles - good defender, plays de facto point guard at times, good rebounder, not a volume guy; but efficient offensively, sets the table for Brown, Walker and Tatum - does a little bit of everything well. The ultimate glue guy.

Of course they're paying him (muffled laughter) 33 million dollars to do this and absorbing 30% of their cap space - but to each his own.

I think it is Justin Wright-Foreman on a two way contract.

The Nets have a better record without Kyrie than with him and after going 6 for 21 last night he decided to throw 90% of the team under the bus and say to the media we need better pieces.

    Whatta guy.

Hayward's definitely been better this year tho since wasnt awful in the 1st half like Ingles was. But the previous 2 Ingles was above him.

The good news is apparently he can't stand Joe Harris. Harris will be an FA.

He might be a decent Plan B if Clarkson prices out.

    Jesus Christ:

“We're going to do the best with the guys that we have in our locker room now, and we'll worry about all the other stuff, in terms of moving pieces and everything else, as an organization down the line in the summer.”

Already publicly lobbying trading players on your own team? What a great guy. I wonder who he means?

“Collectively, I feel like we have great pieces, but it's pretty glaring we need one more piece or two more pieces that will compliment myself, [Kevin Durant], DJ, GT, Spence [Dinwiddie], Caris [LeVert],and we'll see how that evolves.”

Joe Harris isn’t on that list and DeAndre Jordan - one of their worst players - is. I’m sure it’s just an oversight and not petty and intentionally directed at Joe Harris.

If the Jazz can miraculously conjure a rotational big between now and the offseason, let’s just get Joe Harris with the MLE AND KEEP EVERYONE.
