Jazz vs. Pistons (7:00 MT)

Total rebounds in career :
281 Mel Counts 4756 Rbs
282 Derrick Favors 4727 Rbs
283 Richard Jefferson 4720 Rbs
284 Thurl Bailey 4718 Rbs
285 Rudy Gobert 4716 Rbs

It looks like Rudy is catching up with some Jazz legends.

So long as we retain Clarkson, and get a guy with the full MLE who performs well, this team could be really effing good next year. Like 60 wins good.

The Richard Jefferson one can't be right. Can it?
He was only here for about a year and played small forward and only played like 27 minutes per game.

Oh this must take into account any rebounds the player had for non jazz teams too

And you know who else is way athletic? Brantley. He is even more athletic than niang if you can believe it

Can’t argue with this. I honestly thought Morgan looked pretty good in his limited play when Snyder benched Niang and gave Morgan some burn. I’m all for playing the kids.

I liked seeing Morgan out there too

It just makes too much sense. We know what Niang is and it sucks. He’s basically 95% of the way to his ceiling. We know what Morgan and Brantley could become and need to expedite their developmental curve by getting them as much PT as possible. IMO of course.

I agree. Let’s see what the kids can do.

I don’t know the stats, but Niang looks worse than last year to me. Looks unbearably slower only defense. Morgan looked pretty capable on defense. If he can’t hit a few 3s then Niang is completely expendable. I’m down giving the kids a look. IMO, we need to score more in the fast break. We can more easily do that with better defense and more athleticism.
