So which "collapse" was worse?
Utah Jazz starting the season 27-13 then missing the playoffs (first time it ever happened in the NBA)
or
Boston Red Sox blowing a 9 game lead with less than a month left in the season and missing the playoffs (worst collapse in MLB history)?
I would say Red Sox, because they didn't lose their best player and head coach mid season...
