I saw some headline today that a former Kroger executive was testifying about how they were raising the prices on eggs and milk way more than necessary and way more than inflation would dictate.

No one should be surprised that the sociopathic and narcissistic candidate picked a sociopathic and narcissistic running mate. Neither of them have any human feelings. I try to believe that all humans have some intrinsic value, but in some of them it's damn hard to see. For those 2 it's basically microscopic.

This is the real issue. I don’t care about the circus around the cat and dog story.

It’s all about infrastructure; dumping 20k of people in a town of 60k for “jobs” hurts this town. Schools don’t have the resources, limited low income housing and medical facilities that can’t keep up are the issues that arise. He is correct the media doesn’t care about these issues.

I know Springfield well, grew up 30 mins away. Not the nicest town in Ohio, had a friend get shot in a drive by there. So it already had issues, like poverty. If that town had 20k jobs available, Dayton is 25 miles away and has about 800k in the metro; they could have attracted many people from the metro with those jobs.

Except those people don't want to work these jobs. They all want magical, fantasy factory and mining jobs from 50 years ago.
