He took a pay cut in Miami in order for Miami to be able to give wade and bosh what they wanted.Lol OK I looked it up. He never took a paycut, Cleveland just had veterans on the team who where eligible for bigger contracts. Lebron always took the full max on Cleveland.

He was the highest paid player in Miami. If he took one it was miniscule. He took a pay cut in Miami in order for Miami to be able to give wade and bosh what they wanted.
So he did take at least one pay cut and he was never the highest paid player on his team until his second go round with Cleveland.
Huh, will i'll be damned. I stand corrected then I guess. He was the highest paid player in Miami. If he took one it was miniscule.

I remember when he signed in Cleveland I heard someone on a sports show saying that he had never been the highest paid player on his own team.
I wonder if hayward would be happy with this team...

That's real money you want them to give up. Maybe it seems silly in comparison to what they make, but I know if it was me I'd be looking at it like that's 4M I have left after I blow the rest. $4M I can leave for my family. $4M I can buy my mom a house with (RIP). $4M is more than I'll earn in a lifetime, and that's what we all think is so easy to give up?
So, decrease in FG %, 3pt %, FT attempts down (slight increase in percentage) isn't a step back? He made .4 more points on .7 more shots. He was less efficient last year. Like I said earlier, it was a small step back. Probably more indicative of those around him than it is of him though.
