Lawsuit seeking release of Michael Brown's juvenile records claims slain teen was a murder suspect

An explosive new lawsuit filed in St. Louis seeking the release of Michael Brown's juvenile criminal record alleges the slain teen was a gang member and faced a second degree murder charge.

He has no criminal record as an adult, but only because he had recently turned 18, claims GotNews Editor-in-chief Charles Johnson.

The Black Panthers had many important things to say (unless you mean the New Black Panthers).

I think most white people would prefer for lower crime and incarceration rates and welfare problems to go away, as long as it does not remove blacks from the bottom of the power structure.

Even if this is true (and considering these are the same police sources that said Wilson had a broken bone, it may well not be), being arrested is not a criminal offense, and Brown would still have a clean criminal record. If his record was wiped clean, that means he was never tried as an adult for anything, so there are no serious offenses.

A large, black male being suspected by police is not evidence, its status quo.

I agree with the bolded, but I think everything after that is a bunch of bunk (that you could never prove). You really think the majority of white people want a specific race to struggle? That's sad. Really sad.

Bruh, anybody that gets seen by a cop walking down the middle of the road is going to get targeted by said cop. As a large, white male, I can confirm this.

That the majority of white people would actively have a preference for black people to be kept on a lower power level.

I fully acknowledge that white privilege as we have discussed numerous times on this board does exist. I do not believe that means that the majority of white people seek it out, and actively would wish to keep black people oppressed.

I personally would be very happy if we could eliminate the word "white" from that phrase and that we could be working together toward a higher standard of living for everyone that could be equally expected by all, regardless of race or religion or what-have-you.
