That was one of the worst halves of basketball ever in the history of the NBA.
The game is slowing down for him a bit - as it should for a second-year player. And because of that Cody is able to leverage his length and first step.

He looks really good both ways.
Cody just had a nice steal in halfcourt defense, he pushed the ball on the break, he found Goodwin on the wing spotup, who knocks down the 3ball. The most important thing: Cody did a fist bump. I think that's the first time I've seen Cody actually show some emotion when he makes a good play.

13-12 Williams.
He needs some volume to build rhythm and confidence. I just don't know where he's going to get it when there are so many superior offensive players on the team. If he's on the floor with Lauri, Ace, Flip and Keyonte or Brice, he isn't going to see the ball.

Before you guys get too excited about Willams (And I am pulling for the guy)... The Wizards haven't played most of their guys from the last 2 drafts. CW doesn't have 1 board through mid 4th. Let's see what happens in the next year.
