If you're asking this question, you probably don't know enough about your state's processes to know if they've had a campaign to kick people off the rolls or not. That's not an attack, not everybody is interested enough to follow this kind of BS.In most states you can register at the polling place right when you vote. You can usually register as No Party Preference if you do not want to be counted among either major political party.
It's probably worth checking, should only take a couple of minutes to do it online.
