Literally everything the dems accuse trump of they do themselves.
Yeah, I’ll….literally….never forget the time the Democrats attempted to overturn the results of a fair and free election. The exact year escapes me, though. Do you recall the year a Democratic candidate said the only way he could lose is if the Republicans rigged the election? Trump claimed that would be the case in 2016 and 2024*. Oh, and he said it actually did happen in 2020. He’s mentioned it every single day for 4 years now.

You may disagree, but I don’t think Trump and his enablers should be encouraging distrust in our elections. That’s a very damaging thing to do to the body politic. Deliberately make every effort possible to convince the electorate that our elections are corrupt and rigged. That is a lie, and the very last thing anybody should do to the mindset of their fellow Americans is put it in their heads that it’s a waste of time, the elections are rigged.

BTW, Trump’s MO: 1) lie and create alternate realities that never happened, and 2), accuse others of what he himself has done, is doing, or will do shortly. I’ve seen a lot of politicians in my time, but never seen one where nearly every accusation is a confession.

*Here are 12 ways Donald Trump is laying the groundwork for claiming the 2024 election was rigged. If he loses. If he wins, then of course it was not rigged. Do you know any Democrats, you claim you do, who set up every election run with the qualification: if I lose, the election was rigged?

The year of the vote was 2016 and Hillary's chosen pronoun is 'she'. Her exact words were "[Trump] knows he’s an illegitimate president. I believe he understands that the many varying tactics they used, from voter suppression and voter purging to hacking to the false stories — he knows that — there were just a bunch of different reasons why the election turned out like it did … I know he knows this wasn’t on the level."

That is not an attempt to overturn an election silly goose.

I disagree. Hillary is saying the election was illegitimate. It is a verbal attack on the system. Neither her claims, nor the claims of Trump, stopped the peaceful transfer of power, but we should not have a different set of rules depending on which side of the aisle the candidate considers home. These attacks on the system and attempts to delegitimize the opposition are only going to get worse if in every election half the country cheers these statements. Statements like Hillary's and Trump's should be roundly condemned by both sides.

Here's a list of 150 specific examples

Democrats Have A Lengthy History Of Casting Doubt On Election Results

FOR DECADES, DEMOCRATS HAVE REFUSED TO ACCEPT THE RESULTS OF ELECTIONS THEY LOST

DEMOCRATS CALLED THE 2000 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION “STOLEN,” “FRAUDULENT,” AND A “COUP D’ETAT”

DEMOCRATS REPEATEDLY CAST DOUBT ON THE LEGITIMACY OF THE 2004 ELECTION

DEMOCRATS REFUSED TO ACCEPT THE RESULTS OF THE 2016 ELECTION
DEMOCRATS HAVE CONTINUED TO CAST DOUBT ON OTHER ELECTIONS SINCE 2016
BIDEN AND HIS OFFICIALS HAVE PUSHED STOLEN ELECTION CLAIMS

I appreciate you admitting that it wasn't an attempt to overturn an election.

For the simpletons: cast doubt is huge goalpost move from attempting to overturn an election.

Cast doubt is way different than calling a state official and telling them to find non existent votes.

Cast doubt is way different than sending fake electors.

Cast doubt is way different than sending a mob to the capital to overrun it and try to stop the certification.

Cast doubt is way different than telling the VP not to certify the election.

Cast doubt is way different than creating a stop the steal fund.

Cast doubt is way different than saying the election was stolen for 5 years everywhere you go and every time you speak.

Cast doubt is way different than filing over 60 court cases with no evidence knowing you have no evidence and you are just wasting everyone's time.

Stupid trolls got me again.

Bye
