So Aaron Gordon can guard 1-5 but he is too slight to play PF? Soooo intriguing.
Who says No?
- Kings needs a PF, but Randle/Vonleh will be gone by #8. Kanter would make a nice pairing with Cousins with his shooting.
- Jazz could use a defensive presence at SF
-------------------------------------
Then:
#5 Jazz picks Julius Randle
#6 Celtics picks Noah Vonleh
#7 Lakers pick Marcus Smart
#8 Jazz picks Aaron Gordon
Starting Lineup
Burke/Neto/Garrett/FA
Hayward/Burks
Gordon/Inglis
Vonleh/Marvin
Favors/Gobert

I would rather take Vonleh then Randle simply because of the height/measurements and his outside shot. I think Vonlen will be a better defender too. Then take Gordon at eight. I like Kanter but I would do it. Another plus is that Kanter will want a big pay day and having Vonleh allows the Jazz to sign some solid vets.
What? You have Randle as a 4????? You are officially the Randle 4SF King?

Oh hell no. But if i were the Kings' Gm i would do that trade and sent Kanter in a heartbeat to the third team which would make the jazz the clear loser of this trade. Kanter and Cousins Frontcourt?Did you see what Pek und Love did in Minnesota especially on Defense?Same came would be in Sacramento.
If the Kings had the third Pick than i would consider this trade. Kanter plus #23 for Kings #3 Pick. But the Kings do not need Kanter as long as they have Cousins.
Really? Isaiah Thomas >>>>> Burke
He's too slight to play PF full-time, but when switching momentarily or asked to guard stretch 4's he can. As for Center - OKC played Durant at Center last game - that's the kind of lineup I was referring to.
