Jeff Van Gundy's interview on 1280 was very enlightening. He talks about people having separate on court personalities and off court. He wasn't talking about Kanter but Kanter popped in my head.

Kanter may want to win, is selfless etc but on the court he has to prove it. He is a selfish player on the court if you look at his assists. He has to be a more aggressive rebounder. He has to dominate.
