As I'm sure you're aware i'm a gigantic music snob and avoid Eurovision like the plague. In a social setting when somebody mentions Eurovision in a conversations its normally my cue to return some video tapes. I did enjoy Eurovision years ago when Terry Wogan did the commentary and basically took the piss out the whole thing. But no, I can't take it seriously. I believe Ukraine is the current holder but is unable to host, I think Bakhmut we be an excellent place to hold this years contest.

I think I have liked 3 Eurovision winners - I might like more if I actually listened to them, but it's generally not my thing. Just not in genres I really care about, too mass-produced, etc etc. But these are the ones I've liked:

I think her live version is better than the original here.

Plus she leads into the this song I'll put next.
