Passed out around midnight. Wife ended up going to bed and I woke up when the fire was almost out freezing my *** off.
That moose was right outside the window of our trailer one morning. We were watching it while eating breakfast.......Rex was freaking out but I didn't dare let him out cause I didn't want him to get his *** kicked
Dude. Moose are no ****ing joke.
Yuba is calling..

Wow that sounds awesome!Went to Sand Hollow last night with Sloan. Threw some sleeping bags in the back of the Tahoe and headed over around 9pm. Watched a wicked lightning storm roll by in the east, made a huge fire, survived an hour of insane wind, caught a bunch of craw dads, then started fishing around midnight when the wind died. The water was glass and the moon was bright enough that we didn't need lights of any kind. We threw spooks, Jitter-Bugs, and poppers for an hour or two; we annihilated the bass.
There are few things more fun than not seeing or feeling the fish bite, but actually hearing the water explode around your top water bait.
So. Damn. Fun.
We woke up at 5:30(!!!)am and did it again for a few hours before heading home. She caught the big fish of the trip, a largemouth that I'd estimate was 3.5 lbs. Got it all on video too -- freaking bawse.

Went to Utah lake yesterday with the family. 4:00 p.m, 100 degrees, dry. Made it almost to the bubble up bait hole when the fuel pump **** the bed. Let the kids swim for an hour while trying to rectumfy, did not get a line in the water. No boats around for a tow so I drug the boat back to Lindon Harbor through that 9" silt .... took about an hour and a half. Blistered my feet running barefoot across the pavement to get the truck and trailer. Sunburned and sore from head to toe today. Had an absolute blast and snapped this pic:

Your bluegill video is pretty BA.
I've had days like that. Tons of them over the years, in fact. It is with a sad heart that I say...
LOL!
