Im quite sure that Ive had the entire rep-page filled with greens before, meaning I've hit at least 40 (colton might need to double check on this, I could be wrong). Like right now I only have two negreps, and 38 greens (one being from Millsapa, who's probably contributed to 95% of my negreps). You guys need to all be a bit nicer

My first day in here I volunteered to be a mod, thinking for sure I'd be better than anyone else. . . . all fair-minded, even-handed, and dedicated to freedom of speech. . . . I imagined I could charm the jerks into civility with ease. . . .

Sheer idiocy aside, I have a tenant who told me that even if he does drink, he won't drink with his friends in his pad. "Friends bust all your junk when they're drunk". He got the pad.

This isn't my "pad" in here, and maybe I don't care enough about what goes down. . . . but if there weren't some folks who do the mod job and some others who try to give some neg reps for really stupid posts, I don't think I'd like it here.
