What are the stupidest Pet Peeves you've ever seen real people blow a stack about????

Paying the Bills.

ever try not paying them?????

way more work.

and put everything I had into land and real estate, which I expect to decline in value in the short term. Surprized to see a lot of big investors coming into the market now. . . . . and metals on the slide. . . .

I've never actually tried not to pay them.. but have often lacked the ability.

I expect you have had some short-term cash flow crunches. Meeting payroll is a big deal. Sometimes suppliers have a wait a bit.

I expect to see some tight times straight ahead. So I have been cutting back on my spending. . . . .

TONS of big money going into real estate right now... booming.

Not an understatement at all. TONS and TONS. Biggest uptick in prices in nearly ninety years.

People have been hawking gold and silver as "safe haven" assets to preserve value. What most people don't understand is that stocks are at least as good on the basis of owned assets and market positions which will inflate just the same. There are huge marginal deposits of gold and silver which will be mined as long as it can be profitable, and demand is increasing for technological reasons, on silver at least, as well. I expect to see rents under pressure due to the efficient large rental agents/manager companies getting into the market and being employed to get the vacant places rented. . . .

What I think.

duh.

Deer kick harder, but indiscriminately. Girls know right where to aim. So be careful with both!

Sometimes you can say something that at first glance just seems trivial, common, so common everyone knows it. . . . and then a second thought can take it all the way to a profound truth that has never been realized before.

The deer in my field don't mind me driving the tractor around, baling or cutting the hay, but I think the DWR must send them notice about the opening day of deer hunt, because they always leave the day before, and go out on the salt marsh where nobody hunts. Or maybe the next state. But since I don't shoot, and don't try to pet them, so far I've been unharmed.

The girls in my life know what to say to reel me in, but then they yank the line and set the hook in deep, and just make me try to run for my life, to no avail.

Well, Joseph Smith is pretty much out of the question, except that there might be a few verses where he added a touch. . . .

No one has ever adduced a shred of evidence he had the necessary talents or time to do the task. He apparently dictated the text, or read it, from something. . . . .maybe with the help of a very advanced compact interactive computer that looked like a stone.

"Mormon" would pretty much be the answer most Mormons should answer, except it would take getting them to think about it somehow. . . . .
