Thanks for nothing tonight, GSW.

The Pistons will pass them for sure. As long as the Nets don't gain ground, #8 can still be ours.

Of course, GSW will move into the top three in the lottery and it will be a moot point.
 
GS has entered a new stage of tanking. It seems right after their win over Denver they have just sucked. Before they were keeping it close. They lost to Denver by nearly 40 points, Blazers (without Aldridge) by 8, and are losing to the Mavs by 15 before the half. I think one more win would do it and they would take eighth. Are best bet is against Minnesota or New Orleans. Go GSW!
 
Warriors down 14 at the half, which is better than it was about 2 minutes ago. Still, not sure tonight is the night for an unexpected win. Hope GS proves me wrong!
 
Warriors can shoot 3's. Keeps them in any game. Klay Thompson has a great shot. If GS can actually develop into a respectable, disciplined team, he could be a pretty good scorer.
 
Holy crap! Warriors only down by 3 with lots of time left in the 4th. Someone catch fire. Go GSW!
 
Problem is they already caught fire to get to that point. Now the fire has been put out and the Mavs scored 8 in a row.
 
Wanted some verification...

If we make the playoffs... our pick goes to Minnesota? Or if we make the playoffs, we keep our pick?

Also, do we get GSW pick before or after the lottery?
Meaning they are #8 chances to win the lottery. Do we get it? Or if they win the lottery, 1, 2, or 3 they keep it? Because likewise, if they are #7, and a team 8-14 lands 1-3 they would get pushed back and we would get their pick.

Make the playoff it is Minni's pick, miss it and we keep it and do this all over again next year (except protection drops to 12 instead of 14)

GSW protection (as any protection I believe) is after the ping pong balls, so even if GSW finishes with 6, 7, 8 or 9th worst record we will have to wait until the balls drop.
 
Having the 8th and 14th pick would be pretty nice. But i definitely want to make the playoffs. Regardless or not if we lose in the first round. My mind may change though if we happened to get swept by OKC.
