Right after Royce went out in the third Durant hit back to back threes on Gay because he was afraid to get right in his face like O’Neale
That’s when it became a double digit lead.Right after Royce went out in the third Durant hit back to back threes on Gay because he was afraid to get right in his face like O’Neale
They definitely started doubling him early in the 3rd while Royce was still in the game. I made a comment on it at the time. No, it started when he came back in. The jazz were better off when it was just Royce guarding him.
I would have liked to have just seen a possession or two of Juan on him as he’s the longest wing we have and moves his feet better than Gay at this point in Gay’s career. The moment Royce went out of the game, Durant went off. Royce did about as good as you can on him, he made him work for his shot
He's incredible but he hasn't done anything without a team around him that was already built to win championships and that probably would have won without him anyway. Not sure what that says about his incredibleness.Durant is incredible. Cannot believe he wasted his best years on the Warriors.
him going to the warriors will hunt him forever. he won't have peace. the only way to recover from this is to join the jazz and win another ring. let's goHe's incredible but he hasn't done anything without a team around him that was already built to win championships and that probably would have won without him anyway. This is nonsense… he won two finals mvps. I get he joined a stacked team but they don’t win it without him. He was the best player on two title teams… how is that wasted time? His Brooklyn years are a much bigger waste of his talent since he’s had no help. That's my point. He is clearly one of the most talented, incredible players to ever play the game but he wasted his prime years going to GSW. Out of all 30 NBA teams, that was the absolute worst team for him to secure his legacy. Still has a chance to win with BKN because he's that damn good, but he will never get that time back and history will not look kindly on his decision to go to GSW even though he won twice. We won't look back at his time in GSW as something that added to his legacy.
Nets had kd and brown with 59 points on pf/sf spots. We had royce and huan wit 2 points each. This is 55 points gap.Jazz missing bojan badly on nights like thisThis is nonsense… he won two finals mvps. I get he joined a stacked team but they don’t win it without him.
