No one blames him for wanting that, every player wants that. I am sure if every player could just pick which team to be on you would see a team full of 12 all-stars running rough-shod over the entire league all the time. But he was such a douche about the whole thing, and has been ever since. That is why it is unpopular. The fake twitter accounts to "defend" his decision, the lame ways he went after fans because he was butt-hurt about the whole thing. He is just a douchebag of the first order. Plain and simple. Look at his jr high school bullying in the all-star game an on social media. He has earned all the derision he has received. Not because of his decision but because of his entitled attitude and immature insecure way of handling the fall-out, and frankly the way he treats people. He is a piece of ****, plain and simple.

And he is one of the 2 or 3 best basketball players on the planet. No doubt. Nothing is doubting his ability. This is about his character more than anything else. Or lack thereof.
I really question the people who have this much vitriol about a dudes decision where to play basketball. Y'all get toxic and pissy if a few people on JFC insult you. I can only imagine how douchey y'all would be if you got the attention KD does.

I don't think Quin likes him at all. Too much chaos or something. He loves him some Hernangomez doe. I just don't get how Quin makes his playing time decisions.
Cuz Paschal is *** at rebounding and team defense. Juancho seems to be instinctively better on both fronts without much practice or playing time.

Let's see, you jumped straight to race baiting in a simple discussion about maybe the most subjective of all topics, who we find attractive.

I really question the people who have this much vitriol about a dudes decision who they find attractive. Y'all get toxic and pissy if a few people on JFC disagree with you. We can all see how douchey you get trying to get the attention you feel you need to validate yourself.

Seriously dude, get help. Before you act out in real life and hurt someone.

I didn’t expect a win given the B2B, but it sure would have been nice. Glad to see Quin mix it up with Butler there, but really didn’t understand putting him out there with Conley and Clarkson. We needed size and length. Really wish we had a coach willing to mix it up more. Paschall in particular seemed like he could have had a good impact tonight.
I didn't understand the three guard lineup either, and at the worst possible time. Paschall was fabulous in that Clippers win and then Snyder is like Eric who? ever since. Go figure? Seems like it would have been worth a try to give Paschall a go on Durant or perhaps Juancho since he'd been shooting over Royce, Forest and getting whatever he wanted against Gay. Definitely better than going to the three guard thing with undersized or slow wings that couldn't guard their own grandma IMO.

I really think the bigger problem was our inability to contain anyone not named Durant. When Durant was sitting they extended their lead. We couldn't even hang with their bench. Durant is going to get his. We needed to make him beat us on his own, but instead we let everyone beat us.

Yeah I’m not sure. Eric was producing but I can see why Quin might prefer Juan. I do think part of it is the preference for the guys that run the system and are predictable… even if they aren’t as productive individually. I could see Juan staying on next year and being a solid minimum guy. I think Eric is outta here.

I’d love to see Quin alternate guys like Paschall and Juan on back to backs… get some rested fresh legs in there.

Eric went on like a personal 8-0 run in the clipper game and Quin pulled him… I’m not the biggest Paschall fan but Quin seems to have his favs.

At the gym today I saw the highlights for this game on ESPN. It literally only showed Durant taking shots. Not one speck of film showing the Jazz shooting.

This was a cringe game. We'd better keep the 4th seed as we're so mediocre on the road.

This is nonsense… he won two finals mvps. I get he joined a stacked team but they don’t win it without him. He was the best player on two title teams… how is that wasted time? His Brooklyn years are a much bigger waste of his talent since he’s had no help.

Do you think KD is fulfilled and has nothing else to prove? I don’t think so. He joined a 73 team that had already won without him. Without him, they would have continue to be massive favorites.

When you compare his two to Giannis’s one for example, there’s no doubt which accomplishment people respect more.

If you’re one of the top 10-15 talents ever, people are going to nitpick. Winning those two titles did not help his legacy like he had hoped. If he had not joined the Warriors and not won a championship, I don’t think people would think of him differently. His accomplishment with the Warriors was expected and not impressive.

I think all these guys feel they have something to prove until they retire. I think he feels great about his two titles and now he is trying to do it in a little bit more of a solo role. Just like Lebron, he has a shot to get one or two in a different way and then he will be 4 time champion, not 2 time champ with 2 asterisk titles.

I do think Giannis' title will continue to be more impressive, but he was like a millimeter away from getting bounced in the second round by a KD team that had almost nothing else. Will people remember that the Brooklyn team would have likely beat the Bucks if Harden or Kyrie were healthy? Should we put an asterisk on that title?

Did those titles and finals mvps solidify his standing as a top 15 NBA player... probably not. If he won no titles staying in OKC (as he would have since everyone says GS was an unbeatable juggernaut even without KD) - then his resume is waaaaaaaay less impressive. Stacked team or not he went out against the second or first best player in NBA history and won... he hit the key shots... he was the best player on his team. Is CP3's legacy more impressive? Will KD be remembered as a better player than Chuck, Mailman, Ewing?

Winning a title is hard/impossible... almost all title teams are stacked... some more than others but Magic, Bird, etc. aren't ding'd because they did it with the teams that drafted them. I mean is KD, Steph, Green, Klay way more stacked than MJ, Pippen, Rodman, Toni Kukoc with great role players like Harper, Longly, Kerr... It wasn't guaranteed to be a championship either... remember when prime Lebron, Wade and Bosh lost to Dirk?

It wasn't a waste of time and it will help his legacy to have the titles... even if the degree of difficulty isn't good enough for some.
