DDV and McDaniels are shooting 30% and 27% from 3 respectively. Conley aging isnt the issue (though obviously it isnt great, but they knew that was coming). Randle's shooting isnt the issue. It's those two. When/if they come around, the Wolves will be a great team. If they dont' the Wolves are probably a late playoff team/high seed play in.

Also Gobert just isnt as good anymore. Age is catching up to him a bit. You cant blame it all on spacing.

Bruh. It’s a long con. He gave them enough hope that they extended Rudy and Mike. Traded KAT too. You thought this was a tech stock… it’s a growth stock that gonna pay dividends for years to come.
 
Things aren’t getting better for the Wolves. Conley has met Father Time, Rudy is old, they have pick between Randle and Reid, they might lose NAW, and they don’t have ways to replace any of these guys.

What happens next? Ant gets frustrated after realizing they have already peaked and demands a trade. Who do the TWolves trade him for? They trade him for the picks they can guarantee will be very good. They trade for their own picks back and start their tank.

In a year I will quote this post and gloat ;)

I think they will be fine. That Detroit pick actually might convey this year lol. Gives them something to move. I bet Randle ends up opting in. Likely have to choose between Naz and NAW though as budget won't allow. They may not be a powerhouse but they will be mid as long as Ant and Rudy are somewhat healthy. They need Rob to be good sooner than later and he may not be able to survive on an NBA court defensively. Maybe by 2027 some frustrations sink in and the rot starts to happen.

Watching Minny games I’m convinced Randle is the biggest issue. He and Rudy just don’t go together. The only thing that will save their season is if Finch has the balls to start Naz Reid and bring Randle off the bench
