I think he had foul problems for parts of the game and never really got into a rhythm or involved in the offense.
Thing is he wasn’t really innefficient. He was 3/6 and making mostly good passes to open players that just weren’t finishing in the 1st half, and was active defensively with 4 steals. After he got subbed out quickly in the third, the subsequent unit got hot. Quin rode them longer than he should have, the rockets adjusted, started hitting the open shots they were missing earlier and won easily. I think it’s a mix of a strategy not working out for quin, the rockets implementing a plan for DM and our team/DM not knowing how to counter it, and maybe some issues physically or behaviorally with DM that are not apparent — he definetly didn’t do anything obvious to get 6 second half minutes.
