Mitt Romney wins NH straw poll

NH is not a lliberal state. It is pretty much split 50/50 between Democrats and Republicans. What issue does Obama have with Religion? The only one who seems to have an issue with Obama's religion are the Tea Baggers who keep calling him a Muslim. I think Huntsman would be a very tough candidate if he were on the Republican ticket simply because of his reputation. I just don't see the name recognition outside of Utah and he too will have to deal with the Mormon issue.

Who is Chris Christie?

I read Romney's No Apology book recently. The guy is probably the sharpest cat going in the political world, it was a good book, but he is shockingly a bigger war monger than almost anybody I've read on paper(that wasn't already an established tyrant). I knew he was a big defense guy, but he is just in love with that whole apparatus and policing the world. I can't possibly even entertain the thought voting for him any more. My interest in him has been waning over time, but that was the nail in the coffin. I blame his time at Harvard.

Ron Paul or bust.

That's weird.

When is the last time NH gave their electoral votes to a Republican president?
Issues with religion? Rev. Wright
Chris Christie is governor of NJ

No way Palin wins. I don't believe Romney can win either. The Mormon issue will come up. Huckabee brought it up last time. Romney and Huckabee can't stand each other so you know their will be sparks. Personally, I don't think there is any candidate out there that can beat Obama unless the economy continues to tank.

Hopefully Huckleberry isn't going to run again.
Obama has been a pretty unpopular president. I don't think the general public has confidence in him. I'd be surprised if they voted for him again. He may even face serious challenge in the Dem primary.

Romney means well, but he's been a protege of George Bush for too long. I also blame his time at Harvard, and indeed Ron Paul is the one man in US presidential politics who actually understands why the founding fathers of this country did not believe they should/could make a world campaign for their newly-won form of government. They understood that unless people want it bad enough for themselves, and in sufficient numbers to prevail, liberty cannot be sustained.

A city set upon a hill cannot be hid. The right way for the American core values to prevail is by us remembering their value and keeping them at work, and just being an example of it that will make tyrants world wide think twice.

I'll be surprized if Hillary doesn't announce her candidacy. Or maybe even Bill. Bill will argue the law the same way Jerry Brown did. It's only a law for the other guys.
